Muse ProActive Integrations
is a family-owned company. We thought
that if a company could be started that was creditable, cost
effective, family-owned and transparent, it would be beneficial for
everyone.
What do we have to offer?
We offer many services
to help complete your project, and we are willing to work with you on
your terms. We specialize in hardware and software integration, as
well as general marketing and editing. As part of our web design and
marketing teams we can also fit your graphics design needs.
Programming/Hardware
We have two employees that specialize in programming and hardware designs. Both
are Purdue graduates and have been working on hardware and software
projects since 2004. It has long been a desire of larger design
companies to find employees capable of keeping the hardware in mind
while programming and vice versa. This allows for a more stable
product that is more cost effective and less prone to code
abnormalities.
Editing
Our on-staff editor is capable of editing anything from books, to newsletters, to
the web page itself. How embarrassing is it when you post something
on a site just to realize days later that something is misspelled or
sections don't make sense. We can even offer our services for
compiling, editing, and sending newsletters via mail or email. Our
editor is an Indiana University graduate and has over four years of
experience.
Graphics
Our graphics design team is very capable and we enjoy including original art into
our projects. We like to interact with our clients to assemble
eye-catching products to enhance viewer's prospective on your company
as well as our own. We staff three very capable graphics designers. Two that
graduated from Purdue University and one from Indiana University.
We strive to be efficient in our day to day operations so that we can pass our savings onto our customers. Some would say that if you are able to charge twice as much and get by, why not do it. Well our answer is that we maintain the same amount of profit as our competition because we don't have to pay obscene amounts for development tools. For example we use Linux for most of our software development, including web design. With Linux you save money, time, your product is more stable, and Linux is far more secure than any other OS.
We believe that our best salesperson is the customer. Moreover, who likes dealing with a salesperson on something that will potentially have complex questions and answers that the salesman is ill-equipped to answer? How many times have you asked a salesperson a question just to have them say they would have to ask their technical staff and that they would get back with you? So at MPI you won't be dealing with a salesperson, you will be working directly with the engineering/programming staff. In most cases you will be working with the same engineer that will be responsible for your project. There are many fields where a salesperson is necessary but when you play the telephone game with your project's requirements it is easy to lose things in translation.
Throughout your project's development process you will be kept in the loop on everything. During the design of a site, it will be password protected until you are ready for it to be open to the public. All the while you will be able to log in to check its progress. We will give you the choice of how involved you would like to stay in the project. It has been my experience that some would rather hand over a list of requirements and then only see the finished product, whereas some like to get daily updates.
